Sweet Potato Wedges
 

Comforting and moreish, these tempting sweet potato wedges are a fantastic healthy alternative to standard potato wedges, we love this served with our avocado cream.

Skin: Sweet potatoes contain potent antioxidants that help to protect skin from the cellular damage caused by free radicals. They are rich in carotenes and vitamin C which are important for normal skin cell development and healthy skin tone.

Weight loss: Studies have shown that sweet potatoes actually help stabilise blood sugar levels and improve the response to the hormone insulin, therefore a great option for those watching their waistline.


Avocado Cream

This thick and creamy dip is one of the best discoveries we’ve made! It’s a healthy substitute for mayonnaise and sour cream. Enjoy it with anything and everything!

Skin: Avocados are an excellent source of monounsaturated fatty acids which help protect the skin, they also contain vitamin E, which is a powerful Antioxidant that neutralises the oxidant effect of free radicals, which are molecules that damage collagen and cause skin dryness, fine lines and wrinkles.
